Custom 2'x2' Double Aster for SP

We accept returns and refunds withing 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be handled on an individual basis. With any custom order, please do not place your order until we have communicated clearly and understand exactly what you want. If you are uncertain about a color scheme, we will be happy to send you a link to the color, and want you to be satisfied with your choice. Due to the nature of customer orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective we can not accept returns on these items.

Made to order Items will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of the order being received. Items that are available will be shipped within 1-2 business days. These times may vary from time-to-time based on our sales volume. Please consider this time when purchasing gifts.

 

We use foam edging and sturdy packaging to ship. We include shipping insurance in all of our pricing, HOWEVER, in order for the insurance company to grant us payment you must provide photo evidence of the damage to the packaging as well as to the item. If your order gets returned to us due to an error in the address you provided then you will be charged the shipping price in full again. The payment will need to be made before we resend your package.

 

During the winter months, your shipment may be delayed due to bad weather. If this happens, we will send you a message to let you know when you can expect your order to be shipped
