Aztec Pattern

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be handled on an individual basis. With any customer order, please do not place your order until we have clearly communicated and understand what you want. Due to the nature of custom orders, unless they arrive damaged, we can not accept returns on these items. 

Made to order items will ship within 4-6 weeks of the order being placed. Items that are available now will be shipped within 1-2 business days. 

We use foam edging and sturdy packaging to ship our quilts. We include shipping insurance in all of our pricing, HOWEVER, in order for the insurance company to grant us payment you must provide photo evidence of the damaged quilt and packaging upon arrival. If your order gets returned to us due to an error in the address you provided then you will be charged the shipping price in full again. The payment must be received before we resend your order. 

 

During times of bad weather, your shipment may be delayed. If this happens we will send you a message to let you know when you can expect your quilt to be shipped.
